Using a wide range of communication methods and deep openness, I create understanding and strong connections between people from different backgrounds. My flexibility and agility allow me to adapt effectively to new environments and motivate others to reach their full potential and live authentically. What Matters to Me
It is important to me to create an environment where others are encouraged to be authentic. My curiosity motivates me to engage in lifelong learning, both professionally and personally. I aim to awaken this curiosity in others as well. My core competencies include strategic thinking, conflict resolution, empathy, and being a collector of ideas. With these skills, I help catalyze change, prevent stagnation, and create an environment where people feel included.
What Motivates Me
From the age of eight, I began to travel ‘alone’. These early experiences awakened my courage and curiosity, and have consistently inspired me to embrace new challenges. I am motivated to explore these challenges, utilize my strengths, and test my limits, which also helps me learn more about my own beliefs and fears. Curiosity and courage drive me to discover something new every day and to learn. I find changes exciting and often see them as great opportunities. It fulfills me to see how the people around me develop and grow. It is essential for me to promote authenticity — one of my core values — in the workplace.
