My Vision
My heartfelt mission is to support people in finding their own path, to live authentically, and to manage themselves – in their personal lives, at work, as leaders, or as part of a team. On an individual level, I aim to contribute to an independent, self-determined, and fulfilled life that remains healthy, strong, and calm even amid the challenges of the “rush hour of life.” On a broader level, I want to offer a counterbalance to the trend of boundlessness and external focus.
With a special focus on leaders – and those aspiring to become one – I empower people to navigate their unique challenges. This creates role models who cultivate healthy leadership through communication and mindfulness, directly impacting the well-being, performance, and success of their teams.

What Matters to Me
Sustainable change begins with a holistic view – mentally and physically, across all areas of life and the systems we operate in. With appreciation, empathy, and a touch of humor, I create a safe space where resources are activated, new perspectives emerge, and courage grows to look beyond the obvious.
I see myself as a partner at eye level. I take responsibility for the process and the method – so that the person I work with can find their own solutions. Warm-hearted and professional. Quality and growth are equally important to me, which is why I am actively involved in the German Coaching Association and continuously further my education.
What Motivates Me
Change, growth, development – and the uniqueness of every individual. I’m fascinated by how seemingly similar topics unfold differently in each person. It inspires me when clients, strengthened and focused, walk their path with clarity and intention – individually or as a team.
Outside of work, I love discovering new things, traveling, and exploring. Family and friends are my most important sources of energy – along with nature, sports, and reading.
